Come on a journey in this guided meditation that re-acquaints you with the depth of who you are, and the Stillness that is deep within, this grounds you so that even when there is lots of ‘noise’ in the world around you, you are able to flow in the Ocean of Peace Within Your Heart.
It is the present moment of life where the magic happens. Think about how beautiful life is when you are truly present. Remember the last time you stopped and smelt the roses. Simple conversations become ‘magical moment’.
Tibetan Singing Bowls were chosen as the backing vibration for this meditation, as the resonance of pure energy raises your vibration. Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used since around 500BC to bring the listener into deep meditative states and to assist spiritual seekers to connect with the wholeness and truth of who they are.
How is this Meditation Audio Program designed?
The Audio program is designed as 3 part experience that is structured as follows:
Track 1- Introduction
In the Introduction the basic concepts of ‘Presence Meditation’ will be introduced to you. This will set the framework for what you experience in the following tracks.
Track 2 -Guided Meditation
In this guided inner body meditation you go deeper and deeper within tuning in and becoming more present to the subtle energy in your body, Awakening to the Stillness Within. From this space of stillness radiates a deep Peace from Within your Heart.
Track 3 -Pure Tibetan Singing Bowls Journey
This is where you can really allow yourself to go deep into the sounds of the Tibetan Singing Bowls. It is like a deep sea diving adventure into Pure Consciousness and you will come out with a priceless pearl – an experience of your own radiant, energetic being.
